Canada Post Strike
What to expect from Canada Post. Mail and parcels will not be processed or delivered during the national strike, and some post offices will be closed. No new items will be accepted until the national work stoppage ends. Letters and parcels in the postal network will be secured and delivered as soon as possible upon resumption of operations.
What to expect from Ananas Co. Standard delivery with Canada Post will not be available during the strike. Our shipments will be made with Purolator or other carriers. Please expect longer than usual processing times for your orders.

Without tracking number
Standard shipping: $ 4.00 CAD, shipped economy size with Canada Post.
The time to receive your order is between 1 to 10 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please expect a little longer for remote areas and during busy periods.
With tracking number
Express delivery WITHOUT signature : $ 11.99 CAD.
If you are not at your home when attempting to deliver, the courier will leave the package at your doorstep. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or theft of your package.
Express delivery WITH signature : $ 14.99 CAD.
If you are not at your home when the delivery attempt is made, the courier will leave you a notice and you will need to pick up your package at the Purolator location closest to you within 5 days. After this period, the package will be returned to us and it will be your responsibility to pay for the return costs as well as for the new shipping costs.
Without tracking number
Standard shipping: $ 4.00 CAD, shipped economy size with Canada Post.
With tracking number
Postes Canada Parcel: $ 16.99 CAD.

CUSTOMS
For international orders (outside Canada), customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
WARNING: As of July 1, 2021, all packages to Europe are taxed by the country of destination. ** Ananas Co cannot be held responsible for the loss of a package by the carrier or the theft of a package at your home. Ananas Co is not responsible if the customer does not provide the correct address.

Due to the personal nature of our accessories, unless there is a manufacturing defect, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
